If you wish to request a secret shopper, please fill out the form below. You will be contacted via email for any information we’ll need to effectively complete your secret shopping request, along with a quote for the shop.
Secret shopper services typically cost between $30-75 plus reimbursement of any required purchases during the shop. We will provide you with a receipt detailing said purchases upon completion of the visit, and you will receive the shopper’s report upon payment of the shopper fee and reimbursement for the products purchased.
If the shopper is requested to have knowledge of compliance standards, such as Food Handling or TABC rules, please note that in the ‘what should the shopper look for’ section of this form.
